Start-Up Business Surgery – Digital Marketing 

tarting up a business is not without challenges; feeling on your own, uncertain of what to do first, getting to grips with all elements of a business, without a plan and a support network, it can quickly feel overwhelming. But, when you get it right, it is incredibly rewarding.

In 2022 the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce is launching its first Start Up Programme, consisting of 6 Start Up Surgeries and 4 Start Up exclusive networking sessions.

Our Start Up Surgeries are aimed at supporting start up businesses with a variety of critical start up elements ranging from marketing your business, to dealing with staffing and HR issues through to scaling up. The surgeries will be hosted by a variety of expert speakers sharing not only their expertise but their journeys in business. The sessions will be workshop style, with plenty of opportunity for questions, and the aim is to leave each session with a few key take aways for you to implement in your business.

All our start up members will still have access to the wider GBCC calendar of events, but these events are exclusively for you, to connect you with other start up businesses , to support you on your start up journey, and to help you grow your business.
