Start Up Business Surgery – Promoting Your Business 

Starting up a business is not without challenges; feeling on your own, uncertain of what to do first, getting to grips with all elements of a business, without a plan and a support network, it can quickly feel overwhelming. But, when you get it right, it is incredibly rewarding.

In 2022 the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce launched its first Start-Up Programme, consisting of 6 Start Up Surgeries and 3 Start-Up exclusive networking sessions. We are now on Surgery 5.

Our Start up programme aims to give practical and effective advice on a variety of critical start up elements ranging from marketing your business, to dealing with staffing and HR issues through to scaling up and the aim is to leave each session with a few key take aways for you to implement in your business.

Our September surgery is delving deeper into marketing and promoting your business with more expert practical advice. Ironically, finding the time to promote your business effectively often reduces when your business is growing successfully however, having a strong and consistent strategy for promotion is vital for long term success.

  • The best no cost and very low cost ways to promote your business
  • Creating a simple but effective marketing plan
