The new mandatory disclosure rules and proposed changes to the general anti-avoidance rule (GAAR) are reshaping Canadian tax disclosure requirements and a long-held understanding of GAAR. This session will explain the current state of the new rules and associated guidance, and explore how you can manage business transactions, tax planning and reporting in a heightened regulatory environment.
