Diane began her career in the car industry, in Employee Relations, where she first developed her skills around handling Tricky Conversations. She now works independently as a qualified and accredited Executive Coach and Mentor, and her work includes supporting clients who are handling Tricky Conversations. As well as her own Coaching business she is an associate of Work Horizons and EY, and an Employment Tribunal Non-legal Member. She is also a Chamber Council Member and was instrumental in proposing and establishing the Chambers Growth Through People campaign
