April 7, 2022
5:30 – 7:30 pm GMT
Event Description:

How do you approach a difficult conversation with a member of your team?

Time and energy is wasted avoiding or struggling with difficult conversations, or with managing the repercussions of not nipping inappropriate behaviours in the bud.

This interactive skills development event will introduce you to key principles around preparing for and opening up potentially “Tricky Conversations” in the workplace.

  • Performance concerns eg challenging employees
  • Discussions about working arrangements
  • Tensions between staff members
  • Delivering unwelcome news, perhaps around career progression

The event will help you to build both your confidence and competence, so you can

  • Prepare thoroughly,
  • Including preparing and practising opening statements and questions
