Start-Up Business Surgery – Ten Top Tips for New Businesses

In 2022 the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce is launching its first Start Up Programme, consisting of 6 Start Up Surgeries and 4 Start Up exclusive networking sessions.
Our Start Up Surgeries are aimed at supporting start up businesses with a variety of critical start up elements ranging from marketing your business, to dealing with staffing and HR issues through to scaling up. The surgeries will be hosted by a variety of expert speakers sharing not only their expertise but their journeys in business. The sessions will be workshop style, with plenty of opportunity for questions, and the aim is to leave each session with a few key take aways for you to implement in your business.
