This quarterly forum for GBCC members explores how businesses are tackling this subject and why: the tangible business benefits to doing so. Each event sees a panel of; a business case study, a professional advisor and a representative from the public or third sector sharing their insights and perspectives before a series of roundtable discussions.

Guest Speaker: Deb Leary OBE
Deb is multi-award winning CEO and Founder of Forensic Pathways Ltd an international consultancy and technology design company, developing innovative technologies in the criminal and business intelligence field. She is a Member of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Women & Enterprise, Director of the United Nations Global Compact UK Network and President of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce. She will be sharing her perspective on what “Good Business” looks like for her and her company.
Guest Speaker: Paul Callum
Paul is Associate Director at RSM UK Risk Assurance services. He works with SME’s, Corporations and the Public Sector, supporting clients to manage governance, risk and compliance associated with social risks such as Business Human Rights/Modern Slavery, Sexual Harassment Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Safeguarding. He will be sharing his perspective as an advisor on key trends, tips and areas to be aware of related to “Good Business”.
Guest Speaker: Ravinder Masih
Ravi is Head of Community Engagement & Gov’t Relations at Edgbaston and leads the Club’s official charity the Edgbaston Foundation. Community engagement is integral to business at Edgbaston with the Edgbaston Foundation leveraging the power of cricket to help address relevant issues in our region. Ravi will discuss how he leads on this work and share insight on the role that all sectors can play as a force for good.

Henrietta is CEO of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce, she was appointed to the role in April 2021 after 5 years as the GBCC’s Director of Policy & Strategic Relationships .In 2019 she was named as one of Birmingham Live’s Brum 30 Under 30. In 2021 she was awarded an honorary fellowship by University College Birmingham for services to Birmingham.
