The Stir is BAB’s inclusion & diversity initiative. Launched in 2011, this critical program series has grown and evolved in response to the changing needs and themes within the transatlantic business community. In name, ‘the Stir’ acknowledges a shift from internal conversations siloed among female professionals, to a broader conversation for all to have around not only gender parity issues, but also diversity, inclusion and issues that impact minorities of all types.
